The California Academy of Sciences is celebrating the contributions of LGBTQ+ women and gender minorities of color working in STEMM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine). One of the spotlighted scientists is our very own Kunal Palawat (they/them). Kunal is a Master's student getting ready to defend (and stay tuned for information on that!) who analyzes the inorganic water, soil, and plant samples.
